Case study
A young man found himself with an alleged offence and he maintained his innocence. He lost his trial and he thought his life was over. We were asked to support him by an emotional family member struggling to access any support.
We supported him through probation, CV, disclosure, and his emotional well-being.
He is now employed full-time and has been promoted to supervisor. We have also looked at his case file and highlighted new points that will be able to be looked at by the Appeal Court to clear his name. ( all our staff have been trained by the CCRC) We have contacted a solicitor who will take the case to court on his behalf.
